September 2025 marks the beginning of a path to delivering elevated Korean cuisine to the greater Fairfax area, while preserving the best of what got Puzukan this far.

The name Puzukan Tan emanates from the Korean terms meat specialist and coal. Over the past three years we have built a solid foundation, but there’s more to Korean cuisine than just the meats.

While we were known for employing burning charcoal with our grills. We’ve further refined that method through the use of hickory and other woods to bring a cleaner, safer, and equally flavor-enhancing experience.
